My Philosophy:
Every Body is a priceless gift, and deserves to be respected & cared for, regardless of shape, size, age, ability, or disability. Each massage I give is tailored to the comfort level and needs of the individual receiving it. And don't worry if you're shy... I'll carefully adapt your massage to your personal modesty limits.

If you feel great and want to stay that way, congratulations! I'd like to help you maintain and even exceed your present level of fitness. If the stresses of life have you in need of relaxation, I can tailor your massage in that direction. And if you've got a headache, stiff neck, back pain, frozen or painful shoulder, or other painful condition, or live with a low energy level or low self image, I hope you'll give me the chance to help you feel better. A little about my background:
I love people; that's one of the reasons that I've made Massage Therapy my profession. I received my therapeutic massage training from the Myotherapy College of Utah, and I hold a B.S. degree from BYU. I'm deeply devoted to my family... my husband and our two wonderful teenagers, and I dote on our very spoiled keeshond. I spent many years raising canaries, working with their genetics to improve color and song. Music is a big part of my life, and I've taught violin lessons on and off over the past 25 years.
